PURPOSE - BUILDING BLOCKS
We are constantly adding articles to this site, some of the topics we are planning to cover are:
Taking the Why statements and building them into How, Who and Where statements - describing who our customers are, where they identify their need and where they use our products. This will then expand to understand how our delivery processes meet these needs

We will build on from the work we have described on finding your 'Why', expanding out to look at What you do, How you do it and Who you do it for and Where they are.

We will be looking for alignment between these and the Why statements to look for any inconsistencies or areas for development.
​
We can then look at how the understanding of where you are now to build a view for where to go next.
​
The potential projects identified to either improve the current situation or to move towards a future state will then be reviewed to understand benefits against costs and risks
